WARRANTY
Deck Warranty
All Element Skateboards are warranted against defect in materials and workmanship for a period of 120 days from the date of purchase. This means that Element Skateboards Inc. will repair or replace at our option, any Element Skateboard that delaminates due to defects in materials, workmanship or glue. This is the only condition covered by Element Skateboard Inc's warranty. No other warranty is expressed or implied.

Durathane Warranty
Element Durathane wheels are guaranteed for life to never flatspot. Our high-grade urethane is superior to all others, making it stronger and more resistant to flatspotting. Durathane wheels can be identified by the Duralock tree logo core which locks the harder core material to the softer urethane running surface. This is the only condition covered by Element Skateboard Inc's Durathane warranty. No other warranty is expressed or implied.

- Wear
- Improper installation of accessories
- Improper foot positioning when landing high impact tricks
- Intentional breakage
- Tail and nose wear from dragging the nose and tail on the ground
- Edge chipping from ground, curbs or walls
- Warping from exposure to heat, rain, snow or immersion in water
- Complete and mail the warranty card to Element Skateboards Inc. within 15 days from the date of purchase
- If you do have a problem with your skateboard, return the deck directly to Element Skateboards Inc. Do not return it to the retail store from which it was purchased
- Include a copy of the sales receipt
