LA Classroom Gets Aware |

|
| Elemental Awareness was invited to Glassell Elementary School in Los Angeles on Friday to give a unique workshop. The lesson combined elements of natural history, art, and of course skateboarding. The class chose animals out of field guides, sketched them out, and painted them onto decks. The boards will hang on the wall for a while before the kids get to take them home to shred on. Thanks to Miss Polanco for giving Elemental Awareness and Element the opportunity to bring nature, art, and skateboarding to the public school system! |
