| Props to Kailua’s 808 Skate shop who sent the most unique holiday card this season by mailing a creatively painted whole coconut, with milk still inside, to Element and Elemental Awareness. Element is proud to support annual E.A. contests in Kailua and other Hawaiian cities. If you are ever in the area look them up, strong skate scene with a cool shop and fun parks. |

Element Australia Presents Connect Exhibition |

Thursday of last week saw the official Australian public launch of Element's new footwear line in Melbourne via the Connect Sight, Sound &Shoes Exhibition. The event was held at the famous Revolver Upstairs venue in Chapel St, Prahran.
350 - 500 people from all walks of Melbourne youth lifestyle, skateboarders, artists, retailers and friends made it in to check out the fresh kicks and some amazing artwork. The event powered on into the wee hours and the overall atmosphere and vibe of the night was perfect.
Following Melbourne was the Sydney leg of the tour which happened on the Saturday night. This time around we exhibited in a traditional gallery environment at the amazing China Heights Gallery in Surry Hills.
The event saw around 150 - 200 people turn out to check out the footwear line and again some great artwork. The environment at China Heights reflected Element beautifully with Elementality Volume 1 being projected onto the wall in an art-installation type way.

Holiday Game of S.K.A.T.E. |

| Elemental Awareness presents the second annual Holiday Game of S.K.A.T.E. in Orange County. The event takes place this Thursday, December 8th in Old Town Yorba Linda. This contest is free entry and Element has provided a prize for everyone that enters. Last years entrants included local young rippers up to the county's best flat ground skaters. Hope to see you there! |
