NYJAH HUSTON'S REMARKABLE '06 |

| With the year coming to a close we'd like to recollect the amazing year Nyjah Huston has put under his belt. Starting in early '06 he made his presence felt placing 2nd in his first pro level contest, skating amongst the biggest names in the biz. He didn't look back from there placing high in many major contest all over the world from X-Games to GvR. Nyjah has also been destroying the streets, traveling the world and collecting editorial and video footage along the way. He was featured in every skate mag out there including full interviews in Transworld and the Skateboard Mag. At the fresh age of 12, Nyjah is the youngest ever to compete in the X-Games as well as the youngest to be featured in Tony Hawk's game, where he is a character in 'Project 8.' We congratulate Nyjah on his phenomonal list of accomplishments in 2006 and look forward to a promising 2007. | Element pro Brent Atchley made his way out to fellow pro Chris Senn’s home state of Hawaii this last week. The Element duo skated the ‘North Shore Bowl Jam’ and collected some footy for the upcoming Element full-length video dropping early summer ‘07. | Mike V and Dallas Rockvam completed their trip through Israel today with an amazing demo in Tel Aviv. The crowd was the biggest yet and suited well for a finale event. The energy and positivity throughout the boisterous crowd made for a demo that started hot and didn't look back. Check out all the photos from this demo and the rest of the trip by clicking here.. | Congrats to Nyjah Huston who was awared "Rookie of the Year in Action Sports" at the inagural Arby's Action Sports Awards. Paris Hilton, Pamela Anderson & Dennis Rodman are a few on the eclectic list of the presenters for the awards taking place in Hollywood,CA. Confused on what's exactly going on here? Well we are too, the one thing that's clear is Nyjah's talents and amazing accomplishments are being recognized on all levels and he beat out a list of talented riders in all sports to take top honors. Tune in to FOX this Sunday to take it all in, the show airs between 2:30 - 4:30 ET/PT, check your local listings. |

ISRAEL TOUR - EILAT #2 ENTRY - MIKE VALLELY & DALLAS ROCKVAM |

| Some things can't be planned, scripted or forced, they just happen. This was obvious in Eilat today. Looking for a spot to film for DriveTV we started at a ditch that didn't pan out for the group, so Boaz took us to one more spot before heading out. The spot turned out to be a school in session; we arrived to school kids on recess playing soccer by the spot. A couple kids recognized Mike V from last nights demo, and it was on from there. The kids were perplexed, yet overjoyed at the arrival of Mike V & Dallas, anxious to see what these skaters were about and eventually give it a go for themselves. ELEMENT TAKES PART IN OCDC / RAISES FUNDS FOR CHOC HOSPITAL |

Element is proud to have taken part in the annual 'OCDC' event, a fashion show aimed at raising money for CHOC, the Childrens Hospital of Orange County. Element artists Don Pendleton, Todd Francis & Matt Irving collaborated to create a one of a kind mens outfit while Element's Filipa DaSilva used her impressive talents to create a women's oufit. Models highlighted the clothes on the runway including Element AudioVisual superstar Kirk Dianda. OCDC took place at the LAB in Costa Mesa with all proceeds benefitting CHOC . Element is delighted to be part of a fun evening for a notable cause.

| The next stop on the Israel tour was Eilat, a city located in the southeast corner of Israel, a stones throw away from both Jordan and Egypt. Following suit with the previous demo, this marked the first visit of professional skaters to the city, an honor for element and everyone involved. Element Skateboards is pleased to announce the addition of skateboarding icon Chad Muska to the Element family. Element embodies the landscape of skateboarding and Chad is a great addition to complete that scenery and bring a new dynamic to the team. Muska is featured in the Weekly web clip available on the AV portion of the site as well as a podcast. Muska joins Element Skateboards with a significant start to his debut video part with Element. My Element, the upcoming video project from Element Skateboards, starring Chad Muska, is scheduled to release on Go Skateboarding Day, June 21, 2007.
