ELEMENT EUROPE CONTEST NEWS – JANNE SAARIO & RUBEN RODRIGUES |

We are proud to announce that Janne Saario took first place at the Element Manual Challenge held at Bright trade show in Frankfurt, Germany last weekend. It was a heavy battle between the 30 something contestants but Janne once again demonstrated his manual skills with the craziest combos of manual and ledge tricks.
Recently Element Europe’s Rueben Rodrigues from Portugal placed 6th at the biggest AM contest of the year, Tampa am. Rueben got invited to Tampa after winning the Damn-Amsterdamn contest last year. MIAMI TOUR UPDATE - FINAL POST |

| With the demo behind us there was still one day left to hit some spots before heading home. All in all it was a very productive trip and things look great for the upcoming 'This Is My Element' video release. It was a pleasure to have Muska and Darrell added to a great group of guys that make the trip that much better. Thanks to everyone at MIA skate shop, MIA skate park, BC Shop and Newport for guiding us around. Check back here for new tours coming soon, 'til then, we're out. |

MIAMI TOUR UPDATE - MIA DEMO! |

| The Element demo at MIA skatepark went down today as the crowd of hundreds packed the park. This was the first demo with team members Chad Muska and Darrell Stanton and it was one to be remembered. Everyone skated great, Nyjah was on fire all evening; Tave, Darrell & Dallas impressed viewers throughout and Muska was just the Muska, keeping it super hyped up, interacting with the crowd and shutting it down with a banger. MIAMI TOUR UPDATE - DAY TWO |

| Day two in Miami was another full day of productivity out of the crew. We are all definitely enjoying the sunshine out here where the temperature rarely drops below 70 degrees. We started the day at the same spot as yesterday but ended at a one of the most unique spots we've ever been to. Tony Tave is seen here blasting off one of the hips atop a rooftop complete with view of downtown Miami. We are all hyped to be skating all these amazing spots and having a great crew to enjoy it with. Continue forth to see the days progression. |

MIAMI TOUR UPDATE |

| Element riders began their week in Miami today and didn't hold back anything. This week the crew is busy filming for 'This Is My Element', a demo at MIA skate park and a signing. Element riders on the trip include Chad Muska, Darrell Stanton, Tony Tave, Nyjah Huston & Dallas Rockvam. Day one was incredibly productive despite some mid-day showers that cut a couple spots short. Muska kept it hype all day energizing every spot we went to. Check out the photos from day one, and return for additional posts throughout the trip. |

ELEMENT AUSTRALIA – BALI TRIP |

The Element Australia team took an unusual trip recently visiting Bali. Skaters Josh Rio, George Newsholme, Pedro Day got some nice photos along with an amazing cultural experience. The new ‘Skateboarders Journal’ documents the trip with 14 pages of coverage. In addition Aussie team manager Troy Bennett gathered photos that have been put into a gallery. ACTIVE'S LADIES NIGHT RECAP |

Ladies Night at the Active stores in Southern California was greeted with enthusiasm. Element gave away gift boxes and stockings, and lucky winner Mylene Reyes took home both at the Irvine store, with the help of employee, Lauren. Another attendee found the Yuri fleece that was just featured in Teen Vogue as one of "36 Gifts To Give And Get."

ELEMENT’S TROY BENNETT GETS HITCHED |

Congrats to Element Australia Marketing Director Troy Bennett and his new wife Sarah Mckay who wed recently. Although Troy’s purchasing of classic skateboards has been put on hold temporarily, he says she’s worth it. Congrats to the two and good luck on all of life’s ventures.

One main feature for Element in ‘07 is the new full length video releasing worldwide on Go Skateboarding Day, June 21st. NYJAH HUSTON'S REMARKABLE '06 |

| With the year coming to a close we'd like to recollect the amazing year Nyjah Huston has put under his belt. Starting in early '06 he made his presence felt placing 2nd in his first pro level contest, skating amongst the biggest names in the biz. He didn't look back from there placing high in many major contest all over the world from X-Games to GvR. Nyjah has also been destroying the streets, traveling the world and collecting editorial and video footage along the way. He was featured in every skate mag out there including full interviews in Transworld and the Skateboard Mag. At the fresh age of 12, Nyjah is the youngest ever to compete in the X-Games as well as the youngest to be featured in Tony Hawk's game, where he is a character in 'Project 8.' We congratulate Nyjah on his phenomonal list of accomplishments in 2006 and look forward to a promising 2007.
