| Element AM Jimmy Lannon’s part for ‘This Is My Element’ is all wrapped up. Jimmy hails from Sarasota, FL and is back on his board after a successful recovery from knee surgery last Fall. He worked hard to get his knee back up to strength in time to get some last minute clips for his part. FASHION WITH A PASSION |

| The Elemental Awareness Youth Brigade (pictured in black tees) were part of an event recently called ‘Fashion with a Passion.’ The youngsters assisted with event production and gathered auction items from Element while teen tv stars modeled the clothes in the fashion show. The ‘Youth Brigade’ raised over $100,000 which goes directly to ‘Camp Ronald McDonald for good Times.’ The camp is intentionally designed to promote self-esteem, confidence, friendships and teamwork in a camp environment that is medically supervised. Props to the Youth Brigade and kid superstars for making it happen! |

FUTURE NATURE TOUR
EVENT #3 SIOUX CITY, IA |

| The finale event on the tour took place in Dallas Rockvam's hometown of Sioux City, Iowa. The event was in conjunction with True skate shop, of which he is part owner. The turnout was greater than expected with the additional surprise of free food for everyone cooked and provided by Dallas’ Mom. The level of skating was impressively high with largest crowd support to match. Standout skater of the day was "RoadKill," who ripped up the park like a semi running over an armadillo on the Hwy. Elemental Awareness had planned this event out for a long time now and were very proud to make it a reality, for Dallas and all of S Sioux City. Check out the photos for more. |

FUTURE NATURE TOUR - ENID, OK / KANSAS CITY |

| We had planned to skate more street with the Oklahomies but when a flash flood began we realized that wasn't going to happen. We had to make something happen, and did it ever. E.A. Director Todd Larson's family owns a bowling alley an hour out of OKC in Enid, OK.. so we put in call and see what we could make happen. This turned into an all out event and even proved to be our accommodations for the night. The next morning we headed to Kansas City to get some skating in, check out the full report with photos. |

| Rained out of Albuquerque we arrived in Oklahoma City just before dusk. Along the road we had some fun and picked up some weaponry, which if you've ever been around Tosh isn't a good idea. In OKC we were welcomed by skateboarding's number one nomadic drifter Gabe Friedman. Gabe showed us to some proper spots as we skated well into the night. Check out the photos for the full report. |

FUTURE NATURE TOUR - ALBUQUERQUE, NM - VIDEO/PHOTOS |

| We were greeted in the morning with gusty winds and ominous clouds, but eventually we got out the door. We ventured to a new plaza park in Albuquerque that is absolutely amazing. Although just recently finished, this park has seemingly gone unnoticed in press and blogs. The team got a good session in before the rain drops began to fall. We tried to go to another part of town but no luck. We called it a day and hit the road again with Oklahoma City next on the itinerary. |

FUTURE NATURE TOUR - AZ TO ALBUQUERQUE |

| After three long days we hopped in the van for a long drive to Albuquerque. Near the border of Arizona and New Mexico we spotted some amazing rock formations in the distance and pulled off for a look. This turned into an epic southwestern desert exploration through many barbwire fences, then down into an amazing stream and canyon scene. We headed to our destination, a quaint college house near the university. Although we had a nice day already, it wasn't complete without some skating. So we lit some spots up and finished with some more good footy. All in all another wonderful day on tour. Check out the tour book with photos and video from the day. |

The contest was held at the local skatepark which was hand built by the kids in the community. After the competition, Tosh, Dallas, Levi, and EA family members Matt Luciani and Dylan Christopher put on a demo for the tribe. The first stop on the Future Nature Tour is in the books after an amazing event in Phoenix, AZ. Hundreds of kids came out to battle it out for boards and more. Element riders Tosh Townend, Dallas Rockvam , Levi Brown, and Collin Provost were on hand to skate and judge the contest. Check out some clips of the team here. The level of skating was high, matching the spirits of all entrants. Justin Cymbalski (left) took home first place in the 13 & Under division flowing all over the park. Ty (left) took first in the 14-17 divsion followed closely by stylish skating from Tosh Myers . The 18&up/Sponsored division was filled with talent, Bucky Miller walked away the winner after entertaining rounds against the wonderful horrible Peter Vlad and Aaron 'Jaws' Homoki. Thanks to the Skateboard Mags Matt Price for the always nice pics, we're stoked to have him on the whole trip. The team heads to AZ Indian Reservations next, check back for more updates soon.

| Congrats to Element rider Dallas Rockvam who can be found on the cover of the new Transworld, Am Issue! The cover is backed up with a spread of the sequence and a little story about his feat. The issue spotlights skateboarding’s top Ams ready to take the next step, rightfully amongst them is Nyjah Huston . The Nyjah feature documents his talent over 6 pages and is coupled with a interview providing a glimpse into the current world of the young ripper. | Last Saturday the top skaters from each of the Future Nature contests came to Woodward West to compete in the Championships with a years supply of decks at stake. In the 13 & under division, tons of young rippers battled it out hitting handrails that were well above waist high on them. In the end Isaiah Johnson claimed victory along with 12 boards and trophy . The 14-17 division was no easier to judge with great skating from David Gonzalez among others, but in the end, Boo Johnson took home 1st place and earned himself a Scholarship to Element YMCA Skate Camp along with decks. In the 18 and up division, the crown was passed graciously from our last year’s winner, Sean Rodriguez, who took home second place, to Matt Lemond with Jason Martinez close behind them both. The Sambazon Skate Camp Scholarship Award went to Caedyn Curto for his outstanding skateboarding and sportsmanship.
